Chelsea are eyeing a move for Villarreal goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen as they look to provide competition for Robert Sanchez.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Per Fabrizio Romano, the Blues have initiated talks with the Swedish custodian – who is reportedly keen on joining the Premier League giants. The club currently have four goalkeepers on their shortlist including Leicester City’s Mads Hermansen as they look to push Robert Sanchez for the No. 1 spot.

The West London side is also linked with a move for Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, who is considering leaving the Spanish champions this summer. After starring for Los Blancos in the 2023-24 season in the absence of Thibaut Courtois, the Ukrainian signed for super agent Jorge Mendes’ agency, Polaris Sport. Mendes reportedly tries to convince the 25-year-old to leave Stamford Bridge in the transfer window.
